General conditions

Participation fees

The fee are expressed in Euro and should be considered excluding VAT. The bill has to be asked while booking. The indicated fees are per person and are valid for groups of at least 20 participants.

Registrations

Booking is necessary for all the activities. The registration acceptance depends on the availability of places and comes validated with the Archeoclub di Campobello di Licata's confirmation.

Payments

When booking, a 20% deposit of the participation fee will be asked. The money has to be deposited before making the activity. The failure to comply with thoses conditions allows the organizer to cancel the reservations even if they're already confirmed.

Disclaimer

The disclaimer of a participant or a group, after the booking confirmation, implies the loss of the advance. In case of force majeure the Archeoclub will be able to cancel totally or partially the agreement at every moment under law n°1084 of the 27/12/1997, without any other obligation than the rimpayment of sums paid.

Transport

For groups of less than 8 persons can be used the Association's mini-bus with driver.

Changes

The Archeoclub will consider any request to modificate the program, even at the ndividual level, in so far as they are provided in advance, with eventual confirmation of its feasibility.

Assistance and complaints

All programs foresee the assistance of a specialized staff able to provide first aid in case of need. Every non-fulfilment from the Archeoclub should be immediately challenged in order to find a timely remedy. Official claims must anyway be sent by registered mail no later than ten business days from the date of return. Any litigation will be under the competence of Agrigento's jurisdiction.
