The age range of the participants is between 18 and 30 years old.
The languages spoken during the camps are: Italian and English.

Dates of the Camps 2010

• 19 July - 31 July
• 2 August - 14 August

Arrival on monday before 15.00 PM
Departure on saturday before 10.00 AM

Participation fee

The participation fee for two weeks is € 320. The participation fee for a single week is € 250.
The price is € 300 if the reservation is made before the 30 April 2010.

For a longer participation, reguarding the camp's length, an additional daily fee will be applied

The participation fee includes:

• Internal accomodation (primary school), hot water, shower, WC
• Food with typical sicilian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Transport by mini-buses for the camp's activities
• Accident insurance
• Didactical activity
• Guide service at Agrigento
• Guide service at Naro
• Guide service at the Museum and archaeological area of Monter Saraceno at Ravanusa
• Guide service at the Park of the Divine Comedy
• Guide service at the «Parco Antico di Iachinu Filì»
• Guide service at Campobello di Licata
• Certificate of participation

The participation fee doesn't include:

• Entrance tickets for the archaeological area of Agrigento and for the museums (N.B. To get a discount, we advice you to bring your passeport or a justificative of your inscription at the University, or a youth card)
• The entrance to the churches of Naro (€ 0,50 per person)
• Extra-activities: transport to the beach (the cost of the round-trip ticket is about € 6)

Organisation of the time

Morning
Breakfast preparation (each participants has to prepare his own one) and turns for little tasks.
Free time with the possibility to go to the beach at Licata.
Excursions and guided visits to Agrigento (Temples Valley and/or Archaeologucal museum) and/or Naro.

Afternoon
Archaeological research activity

Evening
Free time or animation (self-managed by the participants themselves) with cooperative games

Weekends
The participants will have free time during the week-end (from saturday to monday morning, before 13.00 PM
The staff will suggest short itineraries (Siracusa, Taormina, Catania, Etna, Palermo, ...)
The costs will be at the participant's charge
