Important places in the neighbourhood of Campobello di Licata are:
- the "Valle dei Templi" of Agrigento;
- the remains of indigenous center of Monte Saraceno taken by the Greek invader;
- the Baroque town Naro;
- Licata.
Campobello di Licata is also called Città d'Arte (City of Art) because of the numerous works of the artists Silvio Benedetto, Olga Macaluso and Silvia di Blasi. They have created fountains, sculptures, ceramics, squares, parcs,and wall paintings. A magnificent work is the Valley of the painted stones, where they have represented "La Divina Commedia" of Dante in 110 huge blocks of travertine.
In Campobello di Licata there is an important manifestation, unique in Sicily, called "La Rietina"; Rietina is the traditional dressing of the horses and the Sicilian carts and the procession of the carts in the streets of the town. The last Sunday of August is the festivity of the Helping Madonna ("La Beddra Matri di l'Aiutu"), and the Rietina takes places the succesive Monday.
