The fee for one Kalat camp of 2 weeks is € 320.

The fee is € 300 if the reservation is done before the 30^th of April 2007.

In case you stay longer than the duration of the camp, there are some extra costs.

- the payment of 50% of the registration fee in advance. (You can also pay the total fee at once)

Attention:

In case eventual taxes are paid by the association instead of you, you’ll have to pay them on arrival.

The association can not accept payments with cheques.

The full payment must be arranged, cash, on arrival.

For technical and organisational requirements, the program could undergo some modifications, without any possibility of reimbursement. The cancellation or the non-participation involves the loss of the advance payment. The anticipated departure of a participant excludes any reimbursement.

In case it is the organization of the project which decide the cancellation of a camp or of the registration of a participant, the advance payment will be refunded.

The participants will have to behave correct and educated, collaborating to the good results of the project. Those, who will not adapt this behaviour will be sent away without any reimbursement and they will be responsible themselves for all expenses. The participants will have to provide a phone number to use in a case of emergency, valid during the whole period of their stay. In a case it would not be possible to reach anybody, the decisions will be taken according the law. After the camps will not be taken into consideration any complaints. For all controversies will be competent the Court of Agrigento.
